Berlin-based electronic music producer and DJ Fleanger returns with his latest EP, Down, a meticulously crafted solo release that blends immersive melodies, warm textures, and a gradual emotional journey. Influenced by the storytelling prowess and emotional depth of artists like Lane 8, Ben Böhmer, and Yotto, Down showcases Fleanger’s ability to balance introspection with dancefloor-ready grooves, creating a listening experience that resonates in both reflective and club environments. The EP features three tracks: Down, Down (Marcos Calegari Remix), and Body Language, each unfolding patiently with atmospheric layers, evolving motifs, and deep rhythmic foundations. Rather than relying on big drops or instant hooks, Fleanger emphasizes emotional storytelling through sound, inviting listeners into a cinematic and immersive space that develops slowly and deliberately.

Fleanger

Originally from Tel Aviv, Fleanger now works out of Berlin, drawing inspiration from the city’s vibrant electronic music scene. His productions explore dualities—warmth and introspection, melancholy and hope—allowing emotional depth to shape every note. With a focus on subtle grooves, melodic progression, and organic textures, his sound sits at the intersection of progressive house, melodic house, and atmospheric electronic music.

As the founder of Tiefe Resonanz Records, Fleanger curates music centered on authenticity, mood, and emotional connection, supporting artists who share his sonic philosophy. Through radio appearances, exclusive mixes, and DJ sets, he continues to expand his reach across Europe and beyond, bringing his introspective and immersive sound to listeners worldwide. With Down, Fleanger offers an EP that is both a personal artistic statement and a contribution to the broader melodic and progressive electronic music scene—a project that “tries to make you feel first, letting movement come naturally after.”
